I know I get all the info from the seller (do i need them to sign a bill of sale or some other form??) then I take that to the bank, right? Do they cut me a check? or to the seller? What happens from there? thanks

Resolved Question: Help! Personal Loans?

Okay I was wondering if I could take a personal loan out for a vehicle that Im wanting to buy from a friend of mine?
So when I go to my banks site it has these two options and im confused on which one I need to apply on.
Option A
Automobile Loans
Financing your car or truck is convenient and affordable
•Wide variety of terms available
•Purchase a new or used vehicle
•Lower your payments and refinance your current vehicle
•Customers eligible for a .25% Rate Discount*

Option B
Personal Loans
A convenient way to finance non-home improvement expenses
•Borrow between $1,000 to $5,000 with a flexible term and regular monthly payments
•Customers eligible for a .25% Rate Discount*

These are both under personal loans on my banks site.
Which one would I apply to?
If you say Option B when it asks what Im using it for do I put a vehicle?

Okay I still have more questions…
I have been with my bank for about a year. I don’t have a job BUT my husband does. He has bad credit and thats why he isn’t applying. BUT I don’t know how my credit is what I do know is (And Yes This Is Silly But Gives You An Idea) that I can get dish and direct without having to pay a deposit whereas my husband cannot he would have to pay $200. I don’t know if that really means anything. I also overdrafted on a previous bank nothing over $500 and could still get a checking and savings account at my bank im at now.
I had read about secure and unsecured loans.
Im 20 and my husband is 22 and I have collateral which is a motorcycle with both our names on the title and paid off that is at least worth $2000 trade in value and im wanting to take $2000 out on the loan. I want to do a 1 year beings I don’t think they will do a 2 year and calculated my payments on their site to be about 167 for a 1 year loan.
Also when applying for the loan it says this at the top of the application…

Do not complete the Marital Status information if your application is for Individual Unsecured Credit.

What exactly does that mean and what should I do?
Do you think with collateral I could get the loan possibly?
Also if I don’t have a job do you think they will deny me?
I get a check for $326 a month that goes to that bank so would that count for anything?
Sorry for such a long question but I just want to be sure I get as much info as I can on here so no one gets confused.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You.
We have household income but Im a homemaker and I take care of our daughter.
He gets paid every week and I get paid 326 a month. :(
Is there any way I could put his income down? Maybe?

I use a small bank that Is only in my state.
Ahh im not good with all this loan stuff. I appreciate your answers!
Actually an auto loan is under “personal loans” at my bank.

Open Question: What should I do to get a job, when my work experience doesn’t match my education?

What should I do to get a job? Within the last year I finished my Masters Degree in business administration, but I am having trouble finding work. I believe its because my education doesn’t match my work experience. I started attending night college 7 years ago while I was still working in a warehouse as a billing clerk.Once I finished my Bachelor’s degree, I continued working at the warehouse because the benefits were awesome (they paid 100% of mine and my dependents medical and issued very hefty profit sharing checks) and the job market was not good. I figured once I finished my Masters the job market would improve, but alas this just wasn’t the way it worked out.Additionally, by continuing my education it was a way of deferring my loans. During the last year of my MBA work I had to quit my job at the warehouse because of personal issues (disabled daughter, I had to be home). Initially once I was able to return to the work force I tried to get a few low level management jobs in warehousing, this didn’t work because I lack management experience. In the last 6 months or so I decided any job will do, but the problem is nobody wants somebody with an MBA is a lower level position ( I was told if I got a better job, I would quit). My question is do I continue trying to get any job, or should I try the lower level management jobs? I really feel stuck without a job. I’ve worked hard my whole life ( I am 30) and wanted to get an education to improve myself, but now I am really regretting it. Any suggestions that could help would be great, or maybe you have an alternate idea. Thank you for all your answers in advance.

Open Question: Personal loan bill collectors pls help!!?

As my boss said the other day while I was apologizing for my bill collectors calls, I wouldn’t really be American if I didn’t owe somebody money…. I began this with a clean history of timely payments….. I had to take a lower paying job this year and I’ve been having trouble paying my loan payments ever since (personal property secured) well last month they somehow talked me into refinancing since I couldn’t make the payment. It’s been a LONG time since the collateral was listed on the original loan some of the items have since then been well broken and junked. Now the collectors are calling my husband telling him I can go to jail and they are bringing the cops to my house to get the things and if we don’t hand them over I will be arrested! Tomorrow! Can they do this? I thought they would just slap it on my credit report!

Open Question: Student loan question. Kinda complicated, please read.?

A year ago I enrolled in beauty school for $17,000 dollars. I only got through about one third of the program before I dropped out (personal reasons) and now I owe the student loan people the money, obviously. We’re working on paying it all off, but I was wondering if I could still use that loan to take a course at another trade school that is only $4000.
It is a FASFA loan, by the way.

Open Question: advice on getting out of debt..?

I’m only 21 and I got myself in a good bit of debt already. I owe $2000 in credit cards, about $2000 on a loan, and $800 in hospital bills. I truely do want to get all of this paid off and build up my credit again. I make pretty good money for someone my age, but I also have a lot of bills and moving back in with my parents isn’t an option. Any advice on getting this taken care of? Any personal experiences you can share? I’m not looking for the easy way out, just some advice on how I can fix this problem myself since I did this to myself.

no rude comments please.
