Ok, Im 19 and Im Opening Me up A Bank Account this Saturday with SECU credit union And After I Open The Account I Was Wondering If I Can Get A Secured Personal Loan Of At Least $3,000 To Purchase A Car From A Private Owner. And I Was Goin To Use The Car Im Buying As Collateral, Keep In Mind That This Is My First Bank Account And I Have No Previous Credit History At All. Do I Have A Good Chance Since Im Gonna Be A Member Of The Credit Union And Im Gettin Direct Deposit So They’ll See My Money Before I Do. Thnx
