Open Question: I have a question, that i am oblivious to?

Ok, so i have been recently accepted to a college on short notice and i am going to move there but i am lacking the money… i need a loan from like a bank or something how do i go about doing this…How do you go about getting a personal loan… any help would be greatly appreciated.
